Two years ago, while packing up for a move, I realized how many disposable plates, cups, and napkins I had purchased over the years. I told myself I would use them next year for that holiday, but I never did. I always wanted to buy something new. I started thinking "What if people could just buy the number of place settings they needed and not have 15 left over Valentine's Day plates they'd never use again?"
